All about our Custom Work
ACRYLIC AWARDS:
We specialize in CUSTOM cut acrylic awards and paperweights.
This enables us to bring your special award concept to life!
Our in-house design and fabrication department makes it
easy, fast and affordable to produce unique awards. Custom
made
awards are a great way to help build your organization's
image or brand name.
In order to start the process, we will need a sketch,
photograph or a detailed rendering of the desired item. We
can help with
this phase so don't hesitate to ask your sales
representative for assistance.
Usually custom shape orders will incur a one time set up
charge of $65-$85 depending on the complexity of the design.
The set-up cost for fill in orders will be $45 each time the
item needs to be reproduced in the future. Although we don't
enforce a minimum quantity on custom orders, we recommend
producing at least 20 pieces at a time due the set-up costs.
Once the fabrication phase is completed the items will be
decorated with engraving and assembled. Items will incur a
one-time art set up charge of $19.00. Additional items will
incur a $4.00 copy change. Good quality black & white line
art,
or vector art is required for reproduction of logos not
currently in our library. Please allow 10-15 business days
for
production of custom acrylics.
LAPEL PINS, MEDALS & COINS
Lapel pins are a beautiful and sophisticated way to express
a variety of things: achievement, membership, years of
service, organizational pride, etc. They are manufactured in
a variety of ways. The least expensive method is direct
printing on the pin or a material which is then affixed to
the pin. These can be done in quantities as low as 50. With
digital print technology,
the number of colors that can be printed is virtually
unlimited.
For a more sophisticated look, there are options such as die
struck two-tone, soft enamel or hard fired cloisonné enamel.
These have the look of fine jewelry at a fraction of the
price. Real or faux stones can be added to show different
levels of
achievement or years of service. All of these pins can be
done in standard or totally custom shapes.
Typically, the minimum order is 100 pieces. The prices are a
bit higher than printed pins, but there are dramatic
decreases as the quantities increase.
Medallions & Coins are manufactured in much the same way as
lapel pins only they are much larger. They can be affixed
to a base to make a beautiful award, or, they can be made
with a loop at the top so that a neck ribbon can be
attached.
Minimum orders for custom medallions can be as low as 25
pieces.
