As
a full-time employee you will receive one weeks paid
vacation after one year employment and two weeks
paid vacation at two years and beyond. We give
5 paid holiday annually. We have a 401k in
place where the company matches dollar-for-dollar up
to 4%. We sponsor your participation in our
healthcare program at 75% for single and 50% of
family premium. Life and dental insurance is
also available. We typically have a holiday
party at a restaurant with bonus/gifts for all
employees. Certain times of the year provide
an opportunity to work many, many hours beyond 40
per week at time-and-a-half.
Dedicated
ad specialty reps earn a 40 hour per week salary and
share liberally in the profit, paid holidays, paid vacations, cell phone allowance, allowance for outside events (Chamber meetings, travel), 30 support people in production to make sure you never have to say no due to production times. Edco supplies all your selling needs from self promotion to artwork, to web support to all accounts payable/receivable functions.
We have excellent credit established with the vast majority of vendors and EQP with all the important ones. As you can see at http://edco.com, we have inventory, machines and overall facilities beyond anyone else in South Florida. We have a complete acrylic awards manufacturing plant as well as engraving lasers, etching and imprinting capabilities of all kinds, signs and banner making equipment, woodworking equipment. In addition we surpass all in South Florida for etched glass and crystal awards. We even have a wine license to support our etched wine sales efforts!
