5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping anywhere in the entire USA. With a $100 purchase or higher, your order qualifies for complementary ground shipping. We also offer multiple shipping locations as well as expedited shipping options that allow delivery in one, two, or three business days anywhere in the USA!
6. What is EDCO’s return policy?
Items that are defective, broken, or engraved incorrectly can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items correctly engraved with your approved artwork cannot be returned for a refund.
7. How long is production time?
Normal production time is 2-3 business days.
Large quantity orders or custom shaped awards can take longer and will be quoted prior to the beginning of production.
We highly recommend advising us in advance of your planned deadline or presentation date. Based on your deadline, we will schedule production to allow more than enough shipping time for you to receive your awards a few days prior to the date provided. However, it’s important to note that delays in artwork approval or shortened production time could result in the need for priority shipping.
8. Do you handle rush orders?
Yes, we understand that sometimes the need for an award comes up unexpectedly and we are ready, willing and able to help you meet your deadline. We offer 1-2 day service on most of our products.
