The Red Goal Setter Triangle Crystal Award creates a living record of success, designed to grow alongside the accomplishments of its recipient. A soaring optical crystal triangle provides the centerpiece, its upward reaching silhouette representing ambition and the pursuit of increasingly greater objectives. Alongside it, rich ruby red crystal blocks are added as new milestones are achieved, turning each award into a personalized history of progress over time. The blocks are deep etched and enhanced with gold color fill, creating a warm, brilliant contrast against the red crystal. With room for up to eleven blocks, this progressive award is especially well suited for sales levels, revenue benchmarks, service anniversaries, performance goals, certifications, membership milestones, and long term incentive programs. One personalized Goal Setter Block is included, with additional blocks available individually whenever the next achievement is reached.
